Trigger Bots For New Friends & Followers
Every day you should DM each of your new friends and followers using an "outbound trigger" that will assign a bot to those leads.
 
Bot Setup Steps:
1) Create a new bot by going to "Bots" and then clicking "Create New Bot".
2) Connect your new bot to your social profile.
3) Fill in each section on the "Role" tab.
4) Click on the "Trigger" node inside your bot's "Conversation Flow".
5) Select "Outbound text" and then enter the text that you want to use to trigger your bot. Save this setting.
In this example, every time I manually send a DM that includes the text, "it's great to connect with you here", this bot will be assigned to that lead who received my manual DM. 
6) Build the rest of your bot as needed. Save your bot, test it, then publish it when it's working exactly as you'd like.
7) Click the "Messenger" icon to launch ChatBlaze in Messenger so that your bots can go to work for you.
Trigger Your Bot For New Friends:
1) To find a list of your new friends, go to your "Activity Log" on your personal Facebook profile.
2) Click "Friends" then "Your Friends" to reveal your most recent friends.
3) Click on the name of any of your new friends to view their profile (or right-click to open their profile in a new tab)
4) Click "Message" to open Messenger, then send this lead a DM that includes your outbound trigger text.
5) ChatBlaze will assign your bot to this lead and then bot will continue the conversation as you've instructed!
Time-Saving Tip:

Trigger Your Bot For New Followers:
1) To find a list of your new followers, go to your "Activity Log" on your personal Facebook profile as before, but this time look for your "Followers" and then "People who followed you".
From here you can follow the same steps as above to open the profiles of these leads and manually send them a DM that contains your outbound trigger text.

Trigger Bots For Content Engagers
Everyone who engages on any of your posts should receive a manual DM that "triggers" your bots to begin nurturing and selling to those leads.
Bot Setup Steps:
1) Create a new bot by going to "Bots" and then clicking "Create New Bot".
2) Connect your new bot to your social profile.
3) Fill in each section on the "Role" tab.
4) Click on the "Trigger" node inside your bot's "Conversation Flow".
5) Select "Outbound text" and then enter the text that you want to use to trigger your bot. Save this setting.
In this example, every time I manually send a DM that includes the text, "comment about wanting nurtured leads", this bot will be assigned to that lead who received my manual DM. 
6) Build the rest of your bot as needed. Save your bot, test it, then publish it when it's working exactly as you'd like.
7) Click the "Messenger" icon to launch ChatBlaze in Messenger so that your bots can go to work for you.
Trigger Your Bot For Commenters:
1) Navigate to your post and sort the comments by "Newest" to find leads who engaged recently. 
2) Hover over the name of any of anyone who commented to view their "Message" button. Click this button to open a Messenger conversation with this lead.
3) Send this lead a DM that includes your outbound trigger text.
4) ChatBlaze will assign your bot to this lead and then bot will continue the conversation as you've instructed!
5) It's recommended that you also reply to their comment so that they know you've sent them a DM.

Trigger Your Bot For "Likes":
1) You can follow a similar process to assign a bot to every lead who "likes" your posts. Begin by clicking on the list of people who liked your post.
2) Click the "Message" button beside any of these leads to open a Messenger conversation with them.
Then manually send them a DM that contains your outbound trigger text. ChatBlaze will automatically assign your bot to this lead.

Trigger Bots For New Group Members
If you run a Facebook group, every new member should receive a DM to "trigger" a bot that will begin moving that new member towards buying from you.
Bot Setup Steps:
1) Create a new bot by going to "Bots" and then clicking "Create New Bot".
2) Connect your new bot to your social profile.
3) Fill in each section on the "Role" tab.
4) Click on the "Trigger" node inside your bot's "Conversation Flow".
5) Select "Outbound text" and then enter the text that you want to use to trigger your bot. Save this setting.
In this example, every time I manually send a DM that includes the text, "Welcome to our FB group,", this bot will be assigned to that lead who received my manual DM. 
6) Build the rest of your bot as needed. Save your bot, test it, then publish it when it's working exactly as you'd like.
7) Click the "Messenger" icon to launch ChatBlaze in Messenger so that your bots can go to work for you.
Trigger Your Bot For New Group Members:
1) Navigate to your group and click on the "Member Requests" tab.
2) Before approving new members, hover over their name and click the "Message" button to start a new Messenger conversation with that lead.
3) Manually send the lead a DM that includes the outbound trigger text. 
4) ChatBlaze will assign your bot to this lead and then bot will continue the conversation as you've instructed!
5) Now be sure to click "Approve" for each of the leads you sent a DM to. This will allow them to join your group.

Trigger Bots For "Old" Leads
You have old friends, followers, content engagers, and perhaps group members who could be your next paying clients. These "old" leads need a bot to nurture them and make them an offer.
Bot Setup Steps:
1) Create a new bot by going to "Bots" and then clicking "Create New Bot".
2) Connect your new bot to your social profile.
3) Fill in each section on the "Role" tab.
4) Click on the "Trigger" node inside your bot's "Conversation Flow".
5) Select "Outbound text" and then enter the text that you want to use to trigger your bot. Save this setting.
In this example, every time I manually send a DM that includes the text, "reaching out since you’ve been a member,", this bot will be assigned to that lead who received my manual DM. 
6) Build the rest of your bot as needed. Save your bot, test it, then publish it when it's working exactly as you'd like.
7) Click the "Messenger" icon to launch ChatBlaze in Messenger so that your bots can go to work for you.
Manually Trigger Your Bot For "Old" Leads:
1) If you are already in a DM conversation with an old lead, you can find them in your ChatBlaze Messenger window, click the "Select" dropdown beside their name, and manually assign a bot to them.
2) Before approving new members, hover over their name and click the "Message" button to start a new Messenger conversation with that lead.
3) Manually send the lead a DM that includes the outbound trigger text. 
4) ChatBlaze will assign your bot to this lead and then bot will continue the conversation as you've instructed!
5) Now be sure to click "Approve" for each of the leads you sent a DM to. This will allow them to join your group.
Trigger Your Bot Using An Outbound Trigger Text:
1) Alternatively, you can find a lead anywhere on Facebook (i.e. in your feed, in your friends list, in your group, in any other group, etc.). Hover over their name and click  the "Message" button to start a Messenger conversation with that lead.
2) Manually send the lead a DM that includes the outbound trigger text. 
4) ChatBlaze will assign your bot to this lead and then bot will continue the conversation as you've instructed!
